Kavita Kochhar, first got introduced to us, as a trainer from NIIT to deliver a session on the techniques of Instructional Design. She went on to make us all friends. She infact, made only friends. A soft spoken genius, flare for photography, technical writing, painting and music, she quickly became the integral part of our lives.
After struggling for 2 years to tackle a brain disease she left us all on July 31st, 2007, a tragedy, that created a deep impact in our lives. Not an age to die, she had lot of dreams, she wanted to achieve lot of things, always charged with ideas, climbing on to new things, keen to learn, keen to help, a friend, philosopher and a guide, Kavita, you will be remembered by us till we leave this world.
Its not easy for us to put our feelings in words, well, you just taught us Technical Writing, not how to write on such occasions as these.
Its a great loss to Instructional Design Industry. And for many people like me who look up to you with awe.
